Pulped coffee fermented in sealed tanks, then washed and dried.
Pulped coffee ferments in sealed tanks with limited oxygen, then is washed and dried as usual.
It often keeps the clarity of a washed coffee while adding pronounced fruit or florals from the controlled fermentation.
